Our Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting We take great pride in offering quality products on our website. Our ultimate goal is that you are completely satisfied with any purchases you make from our website.
We offer hair loss solutions and products in three categories: Conceal, Repair and Regrow.

Products in the "Conceal" category are intended to provide an immediate solution for hair loss sufferers by adding fullness to thinning hair and by concealing bald patches. Products within the “Conceal” category may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the guidelines and instructions detailed within product’s description area.

Products in the “Repair” category are intended to provide a transitional solution to hair loss sufferers by improving and repairing your hair’s condition by adding body and elasticity to protect against unwanted hair breakage. We ask that you try products in the “Repair” category for at least 60 days before deciding if you want a refund. Why?Dull and damaged hair takes time to replenish and rebuild, and you may not experience optimum results in thirty days or less. Please follow the guidelines and instructions detailed within each product’s description area.

Products in the “Regrow” category are intended to provide a long-term solution to hair loss sufferers by slowing the process of hair loss and promoting hair regrowth. You should understand that our “Regrow” products require a twice-daily application on a long-term basis to achieve maximum effectiveness. And, the “Regrow” products may have varying results for different individuals. That’s why we as ask that you try our “Regrow” products at least six months before deciding if you want a refund. If you are not fully satisfied with the results of our “Regrow” products at the end of six months, we will gladly provide a full refund. Please follow the guidelines and instructions detailed within each product’s description area.

We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (see below). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, a 18% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Once the restocking fee is applied, remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order.

It may take 4-5 business days for your exchange/return to reach the facility. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may require an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.

Exchange or Return Product Eligibility

Eligible Products:

  • In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
  • Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Ineligible Products:

  • Costume wigs, last call or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders.

If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of:

  • Returning the item(s) to you at your cost

Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.

Our Order Cancellation Policy

We know it happens. Sometimes, you order something online that you really didn’t mean to get and/or you simply changed your mind. No worries! If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, simply submit your request via email to Cancellation requests must include the following information:

  • First and Last name of customer who placed order.
  • order number
  • Email address of customer
  • Reason you're requesting a cancellation

This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide phone number so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate your request to cancel your order. If you email your request prior to the order being billed and shipped, no products will shipped and you will not be charged. However, in the event that your order was shipped prior to you sending a cancellation request, you will be required to return the products for a refund (less shipping), using the instructions below.

Instructions for making a return and request for refund.

Contact our customer service team via email ( to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will receive an email reply with a RMA #, which is to be included on your return shipping label. Shipments without a RMA will not be accepted for returns.

Products returned for refunds must be in good condition and in the original packaging. Products showing damage, or products which have been opened and/or partially used will be not be considered for refunds under this policy.

We must receive all items no later than 30 days from the date your cancellation request was received. Failure to follow these policies may result in partial refund or no refund.
